"Faultless Care in A & E - Friday, 2nd September..."

About: St Richard's Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited the A & E Department on the morning of 02/09/2016.

They were pretty busy.

All staff that I came into contact with were very friendly & efficient.

Can't remember exactly how long my visit took from start to finish but I believe it was under 3 hours. Very pleased with the service I received and I came away reassured.

It has been extraordinarily busy in our A&E departments and the staff have been working very hard so it was good to read that you were satisfied with your care and treatment and it will give us great pleasure to share this with the staff in A&E.
