"Totally inept service from start to finish"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital / A&E and trauma unit

Arrived at 7pm with my wife who was referred by her GP for tests. I am writing this at 2am having been here for 7 hours during which time she has had a blood test a CT scan and an X-ray. At no point have we been given any indication whatsoever of the timescales involved and we have not even been offered a hot drink. We are still awaiting a doctor to give us the results almost 2 hours after we were told by a nurse that it should only take 20 to 45 minutes. Words cannot describe how bad this experience has been.
