"Had enough of the reception staff"

I have had enough of the reception staff making me out to be a lier when they never bothered to let me know my appointments had been cancelled. I have never been spoken with so much disrespect like I have been by the reception staff at trevilis house who claim they can never contact me on the same numbers that my cpn, doctors and family have, who have no problem getting hold of me on my landline but yet when I ring 1471 I have no missed calls funny that. I think the staff need to be taught manners and common decency and also learn how to be sensitive to the people they are talking to because this has angered me, having a mh illness myself.
