About: The Maidstone Hospital / Urology

I suffered avoidable pain and suffering on several occasions and extended stays in hospital due to poor language skills and or procedures being done by either inexperienced and/or none caring or not fully qualified nurses, and an ongoing situation of not being able to speak to a doctor or consultant about my condition - management seems to be none existent with the hospital being run more for the staff than the patients - I sincerely hope I am the exception rather than the norm and/or someone is aware of the situation within this organisation and is in a position to do have done or do something about it.
