"ADCU visit and treatment."

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital / Pain Management

Yesterday, I had an appointment at the ADCU to have treatment for back pain.

This involved an epi-dural injection. From the moment that I arrived until I finally left all the staff that I met were amazing. Everyone was utterly professional; they were friendly and approachable without being familiar; nothing was too much trouble and above all they were very caring. All this in spite of the fact that they were also very busy.

Everything to do with my treatment was carefully and clearly explained and at no time did I feel a burden.

To say that I had an enjoyable experience would be something of an overstatement but that was down to me and my apprehension. From the point of view of a hospital visit it could not have been improved.

If you are able, please will you inform the staff of the ward I was on of just how grateful I am for their care.

Yours sincerely,

Alan C.Hill
