"Staff arguing over who was to stay till..."

We were held up in traffic. Arrived 2 mins late. Lost count how many times I've waited for them for a blood test. They spent the time instead of taking blood arguing who was going to stay behind as 1pm was approaching.

Told them not to bother. Come on erith hospital this is not good enough shame on you. We all have to work and all have homes to get to but this is selfish of your employees.

Was giiven another appointment for a week later for urgent test. I'll go elsewhere thankyou and thanks again for the wonderful show from staff today.
