I was referred as an urgent case in May and still waiting.

No acknowledgement of referral or any contact whatsoever.

Calls go unanswered and Im no further forward just my health further deteriorating masked by medication

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.

I'm really sorry to hear that nobody has contacted you regarding this matter. We have had some capacity issues at Leicester General Hospital, which has meant we have had to move all referrals to the LRI. We are currently going through and booking those from May into the next available slots in October, therefore letters should be coming out to all patients in the next two weeks.

Once again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope we can resolve this matter.
