"Rude staff"

I came to the Physiotherapy dept today, the staff there are so inadequate! !

The queue was huge ... there were so many questions they  couldn't answer for so many individuals... and when they gave up they asked them to sit down again and wait while they saw to someone else! Where they were left waiting & waiting .....

Later, another staff member, whose..  manner is awful,  rudely called people  and if they didn't hear instantly, tutted, pulled a face, waved waved their arms and moaned. In the twenty minutes or so I stood there, no  smiles or please or thank you once! So so rude! How they got a job I will never know! They seriously need some training! !
