"Attended Gum clinic without appointment"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

I attended the Royal Hospital's Sexual Health service without an appointment with a suspected sexually transmitted infection. Staff were friendly and respectful. Waiting time was minimal. Process of being tested and receiving my results and treatment was efficient and fast. My fear of needles was treated with kindness and understanding. All the staff I saw at the clinic impressed me with their practical, non-judgemental attitude, regarding what can be seen as an embarrassing and stigmatising issue.

If anyone is in doubt about being tested for a STI pleased don't be, I can't recommend this service more highly.
