A & E Department.
I had fractured my ankle whilst on holiday in Spain and came to the hospital to have the cast checked. I had been put in a full leg plaster cast.
I passed through reception, triage, assessment nurse and x ray speedily and efficiently. All of the staff were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and thorough. I arrived at the hospital at approximately 8.30 a.m and left by 10.00 a.m. From the receptionist to the member of staff who fitted my boot all were wonderful. I am sure you can check my details to find out who they were and thank them. My care nurse should be praised for efficient care and very pleasant manner. The Royal Hospital sometimes gets a bad press and I feel I should give praise were praise is due.
