I have been calling all morning for an update on a service user and know one is answering the phone.appalling service.

We are sorry that you were not able to contact the ward at Westhaven. We have reminded staff that even if they are busy, they cannot leave phones ringing without answering. We have also ordered a mobile phone for the ward coordinator to hold, so that if the phone is ringing, and no one is at the desk, the call will be transferred through to the coordinator’s mobile phone. Thank you for letting us know about this problem and once again sorry for your inconvenience.
