I am a regular visitor at my local GP surgery in Euxton, the Euxton Medical Centre. I have bronchitis, regular asthma attacks, arthritis and have had heart surgery in the past. I want to say that the staff at the surgery are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. They ask me if I need an appointment if I don’t look well. They have always seen me on the day that I call up if they think that I need to be seen.
The doctors on two occasions have seen me in their lunch breaks because they wanted to make sure that I was alright. On one occasion I was having an asthma attack and the doctor came out of his lunch break and a nurse and have the nebuliser and this stopped me from having to be taken into hospital. The Chorley Hospital is also excellent. I regularly see physiotherapist called Sharon Baines she has helped me tremendously with my breathing. We have an excellent local health service. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
