"Business is Business."

Attended the Spire In Liverpool was well treated up to seeing and being examined by a consultant in the urology department who recommended an operation on my prostate an operation was planned for a couple of months ahead, in the mean time having read up on the operation I began to have second thoughts, I became worried about the possible side effects and had decided not to go ahead with the procedure, I had a pre -operative appointment which i attended, I was under the impression that I would see my consultant and would be able to discuss the situation with them, sadly I was mistaken and was seen by a pre-op nurse, when I tried to explain to them, the nurse just said cancelling OK got up from their desk, went out of the room returned two minutes later sat down and said thats it I again tried to explain but they just said if you are not having it, you are not having it, almost with a shrug of their shoulders, it was if I was cancelling a fridge, talk about unprofessional is not in it, I did not expect to be sat down with a cup of sweet tea, but I did expect the nurse to consider what I was saying.....just business dear I think the nurse was saying goodbye I do not think I will be going there in a rush again I will wait for an appointment in the Royal Liverpool,
