"Absolute Nightmare"

After trying to get throught to the orthopaedic clinic for 3 wks and no joy, I had to make a complaint to "Pals" who came bk to me and said they were sorry but the phone was in a closed down office, ...Forward 2 months post op and today I tried to get in touch with Barnsley hospital reception bookings after 2 20-25 minute calls and nobody answering I had to go through "pals" again to get the clinic to call me, Which they did, I know Barnsley is behind the times but barnsley hospital is still in victoriana,

I have now told my gp that any further hospital treatment must be carried out at another hospital NOT bdgh...
