Sent to the acute medical unit at East Surrey Hospital by my doctor as an urgent outpatient for an mri scan. Very pleasant staff, had my blood pressure taken blood tests and an ecg. I then waited for 3 hours to be told that they were too busy and I should get an appointment in 2 to 3 weeks. Great! Surely they knew 3 hours previous that they were too busy? ? ! ! ! This might be a serious medical problem for me so to be told I would have to wait up to 3 weeks is very worrying. Very unhappy with East Surrey Health Services
