I had a left ear meatoplasty on the 28th July, I arrived in the morning having been given all information relating to my operation, i was shown quickly to the ward and was looked after by a number of nurses and when the consultant came round I was given a rough time as to when the operation would be. I was taken up to theatre by a very kind member of staff who did everything possible to keep me relaxed prior to the operation, after the operation I was looked after during recovery and was taken back to the ward to recover further, since the operation I have been twice with a couple of concerns where the hospital reassured me that everything was ok. I feel like it was a privilege to have been referred here from the Worcester NHS hospital, the quality of the care was excellent and I can't say how good this hospital was.
