I visited the solihull hospital to have an endoscopy

I was very anxious about the experience.

from once I checked in at reception I was treated with the greatest of respect and so was my daughter who came to acompany me

The team explained everything really well and were so respectful

they answered all my questions and performed their duties in an excellent manner

Thank you to all the team for making my experience so comfortable

I am so pleased to read that from booking in at reception and throughout your time in the department, you and your daughter were treated with the utmost of respect, and that things were explained clearly to you at all times.

I will be delighted to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Endoscopy Unit Manager and the Matron who will communicate your feedback to all of the team who work exceptionally hard to provide a positive patient experience.
