(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter attended today after dislocating her jaw over night. She was treated swiftly n professionally by a lovely team. She was anxious as she has never had to be a patient n was due to emigrate today aswell. although the unit was busy the staff were working calmly n with smiles on their faces while always being attentive to my daughters needs. massive thank you team, Laura the PA ur a wee star
