"Family member suffered a fall"

On the 26/8/16, i visited Accrington minor injury unit as a family member had suffered a fall and injured her leg. She was very distressed and in a lot of pain. I have visited the unit on previous occasions with my relative and each time have received an excellent service. The staff are professional, respectful and knowledgeable, they responded quickly and with a lot of compassion. The unit was clean and comfortable, and is a vital part of the local community, and reduces the pressure on urgent care services. Please pass on my thanks to all.
