"Cancelled operation"

What is goig on? Operation cancelled ages ago which was due for September 1st 2016. Have not had any info regarding a new date. Can I have the funded operation moved to another hospital that can progress quicker than Stoke hospital.
This has realy depressed me me never felt so low.
Can anyone anyone help or advise. Thanks Hayley
