"Extremely impressed"

I had to visit A &E as I had fallen badly downstairs and was concerned about my knee. I was expecting a really long wait so took a book and plenty of change for the coffee machine. I couldn't believe that I was only there about an hour and fifteen minutes. In that time I had given my details to reception, saw the Triage nurse, had an X-ray and back to the nurse for the diagnosis. All the staff were lovely and I really cannot fault anything about my visit.
