On Thursday 25th august I was taking my mum for a scheduled appointment , when I looked at her appointment card I realised we should have gone 2 days earlier !! I was mortified i had made this mistake as my mum has broken her humorus bone and is in terrible pain ! I rang the department and managed to speak to the most caring , kindest and helpful nurse . Not only did they manage to calm me down they took my mums notes into the already busy consultant to review and then called me back and asked my mum to come in that afternoon .
I could not praise the nurse enough , so caring and compassionate and as far as I'm concerned went above and beyond to help my mum . That department was do busy they were rushed off their feet but yet they still found time and space to support my Mum . Thankyou from the bottom of my heart
