What I liked

I have recentlu undegone the process of supected breast cancer, I can only compliment the hospital on my care, It was a very positive experience during a very frightening time. All of the staff I cam into contact with from reception, nurses, Consultants etc were all very kind, caring and professional.

Always delivering potentially bad news positively. luckily for me I was given the all clear today, but thank you to you all.

What could be improved

waiting times, appointments over ran by 1 hour plus.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback regarding the care you recently received at Solihull. We have noted your kind comments about staff and informed the ward manager. We also note your comments regarding waiting times. Unfortunately, occasionally, our clinics do overrun when patients require more time with the consultant or an emergency is brought through. We hope this didn't cause you too much distress and are delighted to read you have been given the all clear.
