"My Fathers treatment"

My father had a surgical procedure at your Hospital today and I feel compelled to write to you in order to feedback our positive experience. My Dad was treated on time, with dignity and respect by professional caring staff. My sister and I travelled from north Wales to keep him company and are both very impressed by the great service you offer. I am particularly keen and support our cross border care and relationship with Liverpool. I just wanted to share this with you, what you do and how you do it really matters to us and we are very grateful. Thank you.
