"Total knee replacement"

I had a total knee replacement on 4th August.
From the time I arrived in Trinity Ward until I left on 8th I had wonderful treatment from everyone concerned.
The staff were all very caring and friendly and although I was very nervous I was put very much at ease.
The NHS gets so much bad press that it must be soul destroying so I would like to say "a big thank you" and keep up the good work!
