What I liked
I was admitted on 25th March through A and E. I then had my appendix removed and stayed on ward J9. The ward was clean, efficient and staff were friendly but professional.
What could be improved
The time it took to get from A and E to the ward was nearly 6 hours...most of it on a trolley...could have been improved.
