"Lift Psychology Swindon"

Whilst suffering from moderate to severe depression i was referred to Lift Psychology after a suicide attempt, i waited for around six months to receive an appointment but never had any contact from lift. My doctor referred me again to lift this time i received an appointment within a few weeks, however when i attended their clinic there was no-one there, the place was deserted. I waited in the waiting room my appointment time came and went and still no-one was there, i waited for around 30 mins after my appointment time and still no-one appeared. The only person i could find was a receptionist on the ground floor, i explained what had happened and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I then left the building. A week later i received a phone call a week later from a very rude woman telling me that i had missed an appointment and that this wasn't acceptable. I checked the date of the appointment thinking i had got the wrong day but i hadn't. I had attended on the correct day and time. I explained this and was informed that when they had missed the first appointment they made a second appointment for me which is the one i hadn't attended. No-one had contacted me about this second appointment so had no way to know it had been made let alone when it was. I am still struggling with depression but after the way i was treated i just cant deal with such a shoddy service and therefor have no help in dealing with this. I would not recommend anyone use this service.
