there are lots to improve in attitude towards patients in member of staff

Under Section 2 -Welwyn Ward -Mental Health

Besides being forced to hospital there are lots to comment ,but it is certainly something to put stress on ,involving normal, good mental capacity patients in their care, daily -day,night treatments.There has been lots of ignorance, negligence in the care ,treatment during 2-3 weeks .The hospital staff memebers, staff nurses, care assistants , managers whatsoever have involved in my care people who are not suppose to have anything to do with any treatment concerning my care ,moreover had been let to administer medication throughout nights , administer ECT therapies and so on ,abusing of the patients rights ...

We know it's confusing, but the mental health unit at the QEII hospital is not run by our organisation, but a different part of the NHS - the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. You clearly feel very strongly about the issues you have raised about your experience of their mental health service and would suggest that you raise it directly them.
