What I liked

I was a patient in the Acute Medical Unit during the time when the snow blizzards were causing chaos and it was obvious that the nurses were under pressure. However, I have to say that the unit was spotlessly clean and the nurses extremely hard working. The standard of care I received from the time I entered the hospital as an emergency admittance was second to none & I am pleased to be able to take this opportunity to say so.

What could be improved

The food but that's the same in every hospital!
