About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a relative),

The IRIS team visited my husband periodically over the last twelve months, and as his carer I was grateful for their support and advice. Mental health is hard to deal with and consolation having the IRIS team to be there to contact was a help.
