Your reception staff are extremely unpleasant ,rude, unfriendly staff when i was going through my miscarriage they have no sympathy all they care about it going home on time they leavt me in the wrong waiting area as i bleed all over the chair and in the toilet with no pads provided i was embarrassed ,ashamed and suffering from physical pain from the loss and the reception staff ignoring me as i told them i was in pain and bleeding there response was i quote "everyone in the same position as you ,just wait " which i waited for in total 5 hours as i saw the reception staff change shift to finally lock up the reception desk for the night .. i will never forget what these people put me through that day you have changed my trust in the nhs .

The only person who helped me that day was your nurse that was shocked with the treatment i received and the state of my soiled clothes and provided me with safety and security after my loss God bless that person.
