ENT Outpatients Clinic - Guy’s Hospital - 09:45

My GP referred me to the ENT clinic at Guy’s Hospital due to abnormal growths that keep on coming and getting bigger and painful in my neck area but they should not have bothered as as soon as I came in the ENT clinic, the doctor wanted me to leave. I was obviously holding them from something as the first thing they wanted to do was discharge me again.

They did not care about my symptoms or family history, they did not do any examinations and just laughed at my questions and my concerns.

There was also no privacy in the clinic as its all open plan and just behind me were other people listening to what I was saying.

It’s my second time at the ENT clinic and the last time I came everyone - including the nurses and HCAs - was lovely so I guess it’s just bad luck that on my second visit I ended up being seen by a doctor who really just did not want to be there but in the meantime my neck is getting worse and my problem is not solved.
