"Helpful reception staff"

Fortunately I rarely visit my Gp practice, but after a wasp sting, an extreme reaction, and a visit to the Pharmacist, I was advised to see the Doctor. The Receptionist was very helpful and managed to get me an appointment within half an hour. I was reassured by the Doctor, and advised to use cream and antihistamine tablets.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and while waiting, I was able to see how they treated everyone with the same kindness.
