About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I brought my poorly 2 and a half year old little girl into the urgent care centre yesterday. She got worse when we were there and we had to get an ambulance up to the children's unit at Cramlington. The staff here were all so lovely and friendly as well as being professional in caring for my little girl. I was obviously upset and they were all really understanding and I just couldn't fault them at all. Thankfully she perked up when we're were at

Cramlington and we are home now, but just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at North Tyneside UCC for everything they did for us yesterday.

Dear Lindsay,

I hope your little girl is feeling much better? It's never easy as a parent to see your child sick or in pain.

It’s lovely to read your review about both North Tyneside Hospital and also The Northumbria. I am so pleased that the staff you saw were friendly and understanding during what I imagine was a very upsetting time for you.
