"Fantastic Service from Barnet A & E"

I visiting the hospital when my mum was taken their by Ambulance, did not want to call the ambulance as I know how busy they were but was in a panic with mum as she was non responsive, from the time she was dealt with by the ambulance the service was fantastic, everyone from the ambulance people to the hospital staff were great, really friendly and kept me inform all the way, mum has Alzheimer's and was treated with great dignity and respect and they showed how caring they were towards her needs. Was not looking forward to spending the day in hospital but was really please with the care that was provided by all, thank you very much Barnet and keep up the good work, plus mum was seen almost straight away,
