What could be improved

My three and a half year old son was brought in with a head injury at seven at night and at eight when he had still not been seen we decided to take him home.

! hour and not even seen by a nurse.

Anything else?

This is the second experience of Macclesfield A&E we have had and all I can say is I hope its the last. This was once again a fine example of lack of urgency, lack of care and just general poor management.
