"Trying to contact the Eye Clinic at the LRI"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Tried to chase up appointment that had been canceled. The letter says if you've a query contact the Department, but I feel it is impossible all you get is an automated service which takes you nowhere! Bemoaned they were too busy to take your call.
