(as a relative),

Twice in nine months my elderly mother has received a service from Hospital at Home based at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. The quality of this service is excellent. The nurses were demonstrated a high level of skill and their care and treatment prevented admission to hospital. Their bright and cheery yet professional attitude was greatly appreciated by my mother, myself and my sister. Well done!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your family's experience of the Hospital at Home Service. I was sorry to hear of your mother's need to receive the Service, but delighted that we were able to provide a service in her home environment, which we know is so important for people. The qualities you describe in the staff who provided care are exactly those we aspire to.
