The staff do a brilliant job.. but they seem to forget it's night time and sick people would love to sleep. .but we can't because the staff don't know how to use their little voices. ..

Hello there - not sure what's happened, but exactly the same comment against the same service was flagged up to us last weekend. Just in case the technological gremlins have been at work, here's our response again.

We're sorry that you've experienced these problems - especially given that we have an active campaign to reduce noise at night.

If you feel able to, do discuss your concerns with your ward sister or duty matron.
