About: Mount Vernon Cancer Centre

your pharmacy dept are terrible, too have two wait two hours for delivery for pills that come off the shelf with a label is unacceptable.

~please don't say that they are busy they are just inefficent and need to get their act together.

All they need to do is to dedicate one operative to issue pills off the shelf and not keep patients waiting for hours. I have been coming for ten years and they don't get any better.

You are clearly unhappy with the team's service Mr Bruckner - if you would like to talk with our senior pharmacist at Mount Vernon, we are happy to arrange for this to happen - all we would ask is that you email us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net so that we can put you in touch with each other.

We do hope that you take this offer up as whilst we're sure there always things that can be done to make improvements, rarely are matters quite as simple as people first assume.

We will, of course, share your comments with the team, but we do hope that you will make contact so you can raise your concerns with the pharmacy team directly.
