Visited today for a minor injury, saw 4 staff - reception, triage, nurse and x-ray. Each one was brilliant. All so polite and totally put me at ease. Smooth procedure throughout. From what I saw they were the same with everyone. Thank you.

How lovely to hear - it's a pretty new service, having started only last October.
Which is why it's great to be able to feed back to them how well their care is being appreciated by the patients using the urgent care centre at the QEII.
Thanks again and hope you're making a full recovery from your ailment.
