What I liked

Just about finishing Radiotheropy treatment cant express enough words about the staff in A10 care attention and friendliness. On my first day my mind was put at rest what I would expect in the way of side effects well looked after feel as though I have made new friends going to miss them.

What could be improved

Nothing to improve very clean centre only found empty plastic cups left by patients /friend or relatives the waiting room slightly unhygenic.

We’re sorry that it’s taken this long to respond to your comments – a technical fault within the NHS Choices system until now had prevented us from doing so.

Having said that, however, we remain very grateful for your comments and have passed them on to the relevant teams at the cancer centre.

We’ve also asked them to keep an eye on the waiting room areas to ensure that they remain clean at all times.
