My father recently attended an appointment in this department and he has asked me to compliment them on their care, attention, courtesy and efficiency. The radiologist and nurse were very good with my father who is elderly and frail.
He can get nervous for any medical visit and they provided a relaxed and smiley manner.
The procedure was carried out with care and we were in and out of the department within half an hour.
The process for a follow up was clearly explained also.
The area is very clean and bright with comfortable chairs and access is very easy.
A thoroughly well deserved thumbs up!
