What I liked
The L & D Hospital is as good an NHS Trust organisation you can expect anywhere in the UK. For a huge medical care complex, the care for outpatients and in patients, plus the conditions, staff efficiency and quality of medical services is really beyond expectations.
No organisation is perfect, but for the immense responsibilities which rest on the shoulders of the L & D for our medical care, nobody could reasonably expect better. My rating out of 10 = 10++.
What could be improved
No human activity is beyond improvement and I expect that the Hospital administration know all the points which need attention without being told by patients.
Any decent organisation know their own faults and are constantly striving to improve them.
Anything else?
NO - just carry on your superb work.
Harsh comments and criticisms made by patients must obviously be observed, but never forget that in life nothing is perfect - some win - some lose - at the L & D, the vast majority win.
