What could be improved
My son was admitted 29.03.10 i phoned about car park charges as i have never been to your hospital and no one new the prices i was put through to a phone that no one answered for over 6 mins (i timed this) i tried to phone back again about 3.30 in the afternoon and didnt get a reply ! Great service
