Me and my son have been coming to the ENT Clinic since he was 8 years old and he will be 19 in October. The consultant and team are fantastic from the receptionist, Audiologists, and the nurses. They are polite keep us informed of any delays, some of them we know really well because we have to see the consultant every 3 months. They always put us at ease and the way they all treat my son is fantastic. They make each visit an easy one and always make sure he is looked after and understands everything that is going to happen is ok with him. Wouldn't want anyone else now as they have built up a fantastic rapport and he trusts the consultant to do anything. Just wanted people to know what a fantastic team they have. Highly satisfied.
