After having read a number of bad reviews on this site before I popped in for a blood test I felt it important to leave my own review which is nothing but positive. Staff, both reception and nursing were helpful and polite and the service was very quick. I should mention that the last time I had an outpatients appointment I did have a long wait ( a problem with the patient before me), however the nurse repeatedly kept me informed and even offered a cup of tea.
