"Fantastic!!!"

This April I walked into A&E Southend with a very bad chest infection.

Last weekend my bf went into A & E Southend with chest pains.

When we left we simply couldnt believe just how amazing our experiance was in the A & E.

Staff were fantastic, cheery, kept us in the loop at all times, carefully explained what they were doing and what we both found more important than anything else, the staff were empathetic, they were not robots.

this is from front desk reception through to staff treating us.

When you are scared and vulnerable it was wonderful to have real human beings around you.
