I (eventually! ) had an appointment in Opthalmology after my optician found the pressure in one of my eyes was high. The consultant I saw was extremely welcoming, personable and thorough. They explained what had caused this -- very thick corneas, and assured me there was no sign of glaucoma. They very patiently answered all my and my husband's questions. How I wish all doctors were like this consultant who is an absolute credit to the RSCH. The nursing staff were also very good.

If only apointment waiting time could be quicker, the department would be perfect. Many thanks!
