"Variable, from excellent to awful"

I attend regularly. Staff are very dedicated and generally helpful & professional. The wait times can be unacceptably long even when you've made an appointment. The whole place feels a bit disorganised. Test results can sometimes take 10 days to come through when we know that an alternative clinic can text them within 6 hours! Blood tests are generally painless but I had one bad experience with a doctor who was clearly not in a fit state to do this! They offer free tea & coffee and condoms, although you have to ask for those. Overall, given this is central London and hugely busy they provide a good service, but there is room for improvement.
